Test build x64dbg support for PyQt4 with editor.

beta release x64dbg with Qt support by @mr.exodia and Tomer Zait

in x64dbg command shell you have to type

OpenScriptThread

then open editor.
editor is found here.
hopefully editor will be part of the official x64dbg python module.
